What is happiness to you? Happiness for me is lying in bed on a Sunday morning with no plans for the day. Happiness for me is getting a package in the mail from a good friend. Happiness for me is making someone else laugh harder than they have all week.

What is work to you? The expression ‘’ Get paid to do what you love’’ is a little hard for me to believe. I believe that any job can be equally loved or hated. I have had jobs that paid me very little and left me exhausted. But I made wonderful memories with my co-workers. I’ve also had jobs that paid me well but were boring.

What is English to you? English for me is a tool that opens up the world. Since 90% of the Internet is in English, I can read and be informed about topics that I would have never known about. I can travel the world and connect with people by simply saying ‘’hello’’. Plus, I can use my native language to work in foreign countries. With over 170,000 vocabulary words, I am never at a loss for words.

Personal motto: ‘’Be the change you wish to see in the world’’ For me this motto is about taking responsibly for your life. Change starts with you. Complaining or feeling down about a bad situation will do nothing. You have to be positive and take action. In 2008 President Obama said ‘’Yes we can!” I try to remember those words and make my life fabulous every day. If I try to do my best, just maybe the world will be a better place.
