Dear Mail-pal clients,
I was shocked and saddened to hear about the massive earthquake that has caused such devastation to parts of your country. Many of your instructors, myself included, live in parts of the world where such events just do not happen. I hope that you and all your loved ones are safe and sound and able to make a full recovery from this tragedy. The thoughts of people from all round the globe are with you at this difficult time.
